Snow and ice caused numerous parkrun cancellations on Saturday morning. However, this didn’t stop 12 hardy club members taking part. Tommy Shaw was the quickest parkrunner from the club as he ran 19.55 on the alternative grass course on the Knavesmire. No female runners from the club took part in parkruns on Saturday, maybe they were the sensible ones in such cold weather! Daniel Campbell with 8.23 and Zoe Cardy with 8.56 were the first 2 finishers in the Junior 2k parkrun on the Knavesmire.
