A great turnout of 32 club members, with very supportive parents, represented North Yorkshire in the Yorkshire Sportshall Athletics event at Halifax. It saw some very fast and competitive running and exciting finishes, and the baton changing we do in training proved very useful. A really great effort and enthusiasm from all our athletes. The Under 13 Girls (Year 7 and 8) and Under 15 Boys won and qualified for the National Final in April.

George Phillips took a minute off his PB at the Trafford 10k as he ran 33.11 with Joan Brown running 51.03 in the same race. Dave Lancaster ran 65.27 in the Norton 9 miles race.
