Well done to Scott Lincoln for his 11th British Champs title and also to Ryan Gorman who placed 4th in the 100m semi-final.
On the 30th of August at the Tyne Tees Grand Prix in Hexham, Joe O’Brien, Tommy Shaw and Charlie Wright all smashed their 1500m PBs (4:01.95; 4:03.67; 4:28.73). More PBs were seen for these lads in Hull yesterday, this time in the 800m, with Joe clocking 2:00.52, Tommy 2:02.35 and Charlie just shy of his PB. Edward Brown was also just shy of his PB from last season whilst Lottie Langan clocked a new PB of 2:17.52.
