A quiet week between the Yorkshire Championships last weekend and the Open meeting on the bank holiday. If anyone has any news from the track and field side of the club then please let us know.
Off Track Distance Races
Dave Lancaster ran 43.41 in the Chorley 10k to be 2nd in the over 60 category.
14 of our members did parkrun this weekend. Tim Stratton came 2nd at Easingwold in 19.17 whilst Mike Raynes came 2nd at Skelmersdale in 29.52. Isaac Morris won the York Junior Parkrun in 7.28.
